I know how you're feeling. When I was running out of post ideas, I posted a link roundup. Mostly some posts from other blogs that I had recently enjoyed, stuff that interests me, like sewing, crafting, and parenting. It was refreshing to do something different and I also felt like I was doing something good to promote other bloggers.
Pick a random photo and write about the memories behind it. Always great to look back at old pictures. Good luck!

I have the same problem actually because I haven't been blogging for very long (and then was gone for a long time due to illness). I'm trying out some memes as a way to get out and meet other bloggers which I'm thinking will help -- so that would be my suggestion. But I'm still very new at all this :-)
You could do a series in age order of different things involving kids.
