What do you do with the kids over the summer? When my kids were young they were involved in lots of camps. We have a zoo camp here that is wonderful. The kids love it and it's very reasonably priced.
Now that my kids are older, my youngest daughter is a counselor at camp herself. Last summer she stayed all 3 sessions and was gone from the day school ended until the very end of summer.
So what do your kids do all summer?

Wow that is so great!!! 35!!! Man I wish I would of paid attention before I gained mine all back..would of made this part so much easier.. but I agree with you exercise has to be part of our life.. its too easy to slack.
Pretty much the same thing we do the rest of the year. Go to parks, playdates, the beach, the zoo, etc. They're not in school yet, so they don't get a summer break. :)
I don't have kids, but when I was one, I remember going to basketball camp, the library had a summer reading program and going to VBS at a church. I lived in a small town, and both of my parents worked, so my options were limited. Thanks for stopping by my blog.
