One of my friends is in the hospital. This happened very suddenly. Very unexpected. She has a daughter. Very few of us plan for the unexpected like this.
So...my wonderful friends and readers....do you have a plan should something happen? I know this is a tough topic...it's just really on my mind.

If something happened to me where I was sick or in the hospital, my kids wouldn't be able to do any of their extracurricular things and my husband would have to get them to school and take care of the evenings and I'm sure he would. If I died, we have enough life insurance that he would quit his job and become a stay-at-home daddy. And heaven forbid that anything happen to both of us!
If something were to happen to me my son would be fine. My parents are my neighbors and also my brother-in-law lives across the street. We have a very close family so I know that Mr. Chase Face (my son) will always be taken care off.
I don't have a plan, but I am blessed with my parents being local and a wonderful church family which always fills the needs of someone in the congregation.
I hope your friend is doing okay!
We're lucky to have family nearby, so we know we can always have someone to count on in an emergency.
