As you know I love my crockpot. This is a very simple yet tasty recipe:
4 chicken breasts
1 cabbage cut into quarters
1 large can chicken broth
5 large carrots, cut into quarters
salt and pepper to taste
Throw everything into the crockpot and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
Note: I love onions so I often cut an onion into quarters also.

I will probably try this. Cabbage is very healthy and I would like to incorporate it more into our meals. I use my crock pot a LOT during the school year.
